I've been doing tons of core work to get ready for my live Mentorship in a week. Going to be an all out blast! How bout you? My favorite core move has been the TRX Rollout. This is a tough one!! U choose: (Level 1) KNEELING TRX ROLLOUTS. Grasp foot cradles of TRX, keep back flat and core engaged, and roll out 5-10x. No dipping back down!! "Hands & hips move as one." (Level 2) STANDING PLANK TRX ROLLOUTS. Feet shoulder width, hands in foot cradles of TRX, extend arms and body straight out as far as possible, ensuring back stays flat. No dippidy-do-dahs allowed!! Get out & hold for 3-5 seconds and say "MERCY!!!". Complete 3-5 reps. Take ur choice of Level 1 or Level 2 and complete 3 sets. Burn now...thank me later!!
